  • Basa fish :
    120 gms

  • Chilli paste :
    5 g

  • Salt :
    2 g

  • Mustard oil :
    10 gms

  • Mustard seeds :
    1 g

  • Curry leaves :
    1 g

  • Besan :
    30 gms

  • Degi mirch :
    5 g

  • Cumin powder :
    5 g

  • Garam masala :
    5 g

  • Corn flour :
    20 gms

  • Rice flour :
    20 gms

  • Fennel spice :
    10 gms

  • 1 Lemon :
    1 Lemon

  • Chipotle mayo :
    30 gms

  • French fries :
    100 gms

  • Red chilli whole :
    2 g

  • Oil (for frying) :
    100 ml

Steps


  • Step 1 :
    .Take basa fish. Cut into 7 equal size pieces.

  • Step 2 :
    2.Make a first marination of chilli paste and salt and fish into it.

  • Step 3 :
    3.Take a pan and heat mustard oil.

  • Step 4 :
    4.Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and sauté well.

  • Step 5 :
    5.Now add besan and roast it nicely.

  • Step 6 :
    6.Keep it on side until it cools down.

  • Step 7 :
    7.Add corn flour, rice flour, cumin powder, garam masala, deghi mirch & salt.

  • Step 8 :
    8.Make a batter by adding water to it. Put marinated fish into batter.

  • Step 9 :
    9.Cover and keep it for 30 minutes.

  • Step 10 :
    10.Deep fry fish in pre-heated oil.

  • Step 11 :
    11.Serve it with onion tomato salad and mint chutney.
